NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chris Mulhair has made a request for a variance on Lot 10 in Block 3 of Fairgrounds Addition, also known as 1002 Christine Ave. The request is for an 8-foot driveway expansion, for a total of 28-feet in width, within the minimum front yard setback area. The width of a driveway may be up to 24-feet in width, and an expansion of the driveway width may only occur in the area between the driveway and the side lot line facing the outer wall of an attached garage.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the Board of Adjustment at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard on this matter.
