Resolution 23-079

Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1, for Pavement / Rehabilitation and Overlay Project, AIP #3-46-0005-037-2023, Fahrner Asphalt Sealers

Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for Pavement / Rehabilitation and Overlay Project, AIP #3-46-0005-037-2023: 

Construction Change Order Number 1:  Additional routing and sealing of cracks on the Runway 17/35, numerous taxiways, and hangar taxilanes at the Brookings Regional Airport.  The total authorized increase in the contract for these changes is $7,588.00.

Passed and approved this 26^th day of September, 2023.
