NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brookings City Council, Brookings, South Dakota, will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 12, 2023, in the Brookings City & County Government Center, 520 Third Street, to consider a Temporary Alcohol License Application from Mosaic Wine Bar, to operate within the City of Brookings, South Dakota, for a “Sweat, Sip, and Shop” event to be held on September 23rd at The Socialight, 225 Main Avenue. At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing thereon.
