NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brookings City Council in and for the City of Brookings, South Dakota, on August 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brookings City & County Government Center Chambers, 520 Third Street, will meet in regular session to consider an application for the issuance of an On-Off Sale Malt License, with Video Lottery, and an On-Off Sale Wine License, for Commonwealth Gaming & Holdings Corp, dba Deuces Casino, Bryant Soberg and Kirby Muilenburg, owners, 223 6th Street, Suite 105E, Brookings, South Dakota, legal description: S114’ of W69.3’ of Lot 20 and S114’ of Lot 21, Block 3, Henry Addition, Suite 105E. At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing thereon.
