NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clark Drew Construction, Inc. has made a request for a variance at 2311 Minnesota Drive. The request is for an expansion of a nonconforming use beyond the allowable 25% gross floor area and the elimination of required three-foot foundation plantings in a commercial district. 

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the Board of Adjustment at 5:30 PM on Monday, July 10, 2023 in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard on this matter.
