NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON A CHANGE IN ZONE REGULATIONS

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the City of Brookings has submitted amendments to Chapter 94, Zoning, pertaining to Sec. 94-1, Sec. 94-131, Sec 94-134, and Sec 94-135 related to the establishment of indoor pet services as an allowable use.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Monday, July 10 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
