NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Ordinance 23-014

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brookings City Council, Brookings, South Dakota, will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., CST, Tuesday, May 9, 2023, in the Brookings City & County Government Center Chambers, 520 Third Street, to consider adoption of a revision to the City Code of Ordinances, entitled Ordinance 23-014, An Ordinance to Change the Zoning Within the City of Brookings, rezoning Lot 2 Cree Village Indian Hills Addition, and Outlots 7A, 7, and 8, excluding Lot H1 and H2 in Lot 8, City of Brookings from Business B-3 Heavy District and RB-4 Neighborhood Business District to Planned Development District with Business B-2 District underlying zoning.  At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing thereon.  Dated in Brookings, South Dakota, this 28^th day of April, 2023.
