UPON AN INITIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Minor Investments, Family L.L.L.P. has submitted an Initial Development Plan within a Planned Development District on the following described real estate:

Lot 2, Cree Village, Indian Hills Addition and Outlots 7A, 7 and 8 Excluding Lot H1 and H2 in Lot 8 in the City of Brookings.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 in the Chamber Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Com­mission is a recommendation made to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard on this matter.
