                                 NOTICE OF HEARING ON A PRELIMINARY PLAT

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fishback Family Farms LLC and Branch Creek LLC have submitted a preliminary plat of the following proposed real estate situated in the City of Brookings in Brookings County, South Dakota, to wit:

Blocks 1-15 in Branch Creek Addition

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.   Any action taken by the City Planning Commission is a recommendation made to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard on this matter.
