            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Ryan Companies US, Inc has submitted an Initial Development Plan within a Planned Development District on the following described real estate:

            Block 9 of Wiese Addition

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 in the Chamber Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Com­mission is a recommendation to the City Council.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
