NOTICE OF HEARING

UPON AN APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF

COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR DESIGN REVIEW OVERLAY DISTRICT

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Todd Voss has submitted an application for approval of a Commercial Corridor Design Review Overlay District site plan on the following described real estate:

The North Half of Lot 13 and Lots 14 – 16 in Block 3 of Folsom Addition also known as 129, 133 and 141 Main Avenue South.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be acted on by the City Council at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, SD.

            Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
