NOTICE OF HEARING
UPON PETITION TO REZONE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jack Petersen has submitted a petition to rezone the following described real estate in the Joint Jurisdiction Area of the City of Brookings and Brookings County, South Dakota:
A portion of Outlot 15 of Outlots 15-16-17-18 inclusive of W1/2 S1/2 NE1/4 of Section 11, T109N, R50W, also known as 3707 Main Avenue South.
The request is to rezone a portion of the above described real estate from a Joint Jurisdiction Business B-3 Heavy District to a Joint Jurisdiction Residence R-3A Multiple Family and Mobile Home District.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by a joint meeting of the City of Brookings and Brookings County Planning Commission at 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Council.
