NOTICE OF HEARING
UPON APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kyle Prodoehl has made a request for variances on the east half of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, Block 11 of Morehouse Addition, also known as 809 Ninth Street. The first request is for a reduced rear yard landscape area of twenty feet. The minimum required landscape area in a rear yard in the Residential R-3 apartment district is twenty-five feet. The second variance is for reduced parking for an apartment building or unit group of buildings containing more than 24 units. The third variance is to eliminate screening requirements for eight or more parking spaces located adjacent to a single or two family residence.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be brought on for public hearing before the Board of Adjustment at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, May 3rd, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.
Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
