NOTICE OF HEARING
UPON APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ryan and Christine Carlson have submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit on the following described real estate in the City of Brookings:
Lot 18, Block 4 of Moriarty Edgebrook Addition, also known as 1636 Doral Drive.
The request is a home hair salon, a major home occupation in the Residence R-1B single family district.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Council.
