Request for Proposals for an upgrade to the Swiftel Center Audio System
The Swiftel Center is seeking proposals from qualified audio engineers to provide professional services to upgrade the Swiftel Center Arena Audio System.
The Swiftel Center’s audio system has reached its end-of-life cycle. The arena opened in 2001 and the audio system is original to the building construction. We are seeking proposals to replace/ upgrade existing equipment. Ideally, the proposal will include a Summer 2022 install date as this project is crucial to our fall event schedule.
Interested parties should submit (1) copy of the proposal along with an electronic PDF delivered by flash drive in a sealed envelope by 12:00 Noon CST on Monday, April 4, 2022. Please mark “Proposal for the Swiftel Center Audio Upgrade Project” on the envelope.
