NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brookings City Council in and for the City of Brookings, South Dakota, on March 22, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brookings City & County Government Center Chambers, 520 Third Street, will meet in regular session to consider an application to transfer the On-Off Sale Malt License and the On-Off Sale Liquor License for B&L Sullivan, Inc., dba Sully’s Irish Pub, Brennan and Lori Sullivan, owners, to 3 Guys, LLC, dba Sully’s Irish Pub, Brett Gomes, Shawn Nordbye, and Robert Sundet, owners. Address: 421 Main Avenue, Brookings, SD. Legal description: Lot 11, Block 6, Original Plat Addition. At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing thereon.
