NOTICE OF HEARING
UPON PETITION TO REZONE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northern Plains Professional Properties LLC has submitted a petition to rezone a portion of the following described real estate in the City of Brookings and Brookings County, South Dakota:
The South 545 feet of the North 1,053.7 feet of the East 467 feet of the West 500 feet, excluding Lot H1, of the Southeast Quarter in Section 35 Township 110 Range 50, generally located along the 1500 and 1600 block of Main Avenue S.
The request is to rezone a portion of the above from Business B-2A office district to Residence R-2 two-family district.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be acted on by the City Planning Commission at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City & County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Council.
