NOTICE OF HEARING
UPON APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CD Properties LLC has made a request for a variance on The West Sixty Feet (W 60’) of the East One Hundred Twenty Feet (E 120’) of Aldrich’s Addition, also known as 1402 6th St, and The East Sixty Feet (E 60’) of Aldrich’s Addition, also known as 1404 6th St. The request is for a 5’ parking lot setback to the east side yard. The required setback for a parking lot or driveway is 15’ between a Business B-2 District and an abutting Residence R-2 two-family district.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said request will be brought on for public hearing before the Board of Adjustment at 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 15, 2021, in the Chambers Room on the third floor of the Brookings City and County Government Center at 520 Third Street, Brookings, South Dakota.
Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
