Temporary Street Pole Banners and Flag Display Permit
The City of Brookings offers a program that allows for the installation of banners and/or flags on select City-owned street light poles.
This program is available to sponsoring organizations and community partners to promote events, non-commercial messages, or occasions that have a direct and substantial civic benefit.

Application Checklist
| Complete and sign City of Brookings Street Light Flag and Banner Application |
| Pay $20.00 Application Fee |
| Submit flag or banner design |
| Complete Idemnification and Insurance agreement (included in application document); and |
| Submit Certificate of Insurance |
Please submit completed application, artwork, and all other materials to the Public Information Office. Once received your application will be reviewed for approval.
You may pay the application fee online, in person, or by mail (fee payable to the City of Brookings).
